missed classes

• We make every effort to find a time for you to make up a class that you have missed, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find a spot for you in another class.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• If you decide to cancel your registration you may ask for a full refund one week prior to the start of class. No refunds or class credits will be offered after that period.

• While we rarely cancel a class, we do reserve the right to cancel a class with low registration. If that happened we would be refunded 100% of your registration fee.

• If a session of a weekly class is cancelled because of inclement weather we will reschedule that class at a later date.

personal conduct policy

• The Painting School prohibits harassment on any basis, including, but not limited to, race, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, etc. We consider harassment to be a major offense that can result in the termination of your studio rights.

• We expect that our community members will conduct themselves in the generous, kind and mature way that they always have.
