Hokusai, Turner, Monet, Burchfield and Seurat created some epic artwork about the sea back in the day. And in modern days we have Lubaina Himid, Etal Adnan, Katherine Bradford and others painting their own homages to the ocean.

Let’s make our own paintings of the sea in this 3-hour workshop that explores how to make a strong sea composition, mix ocean colors - from calm and blue to dark and stormy - and create tension with and energy with movement and pattern.

This 3-hour workshop is for all levels, from total beginner to lifelong painters who needs a little inspiration.

No experience painting is required for this workshop.
