This 9-week class with Sara Woster is for painters with some acrylic painting experience who want to elevate their skills and define their artistic style.

This session will focus on color mixing, building strong palettes and compositions, and aquiring the skills required to paint a strong series of work.

Some areas of focus include:

• Mixing strong yellows & greens

• Playing with warm and cool colors via Jennifer Packer

• Figure painting and live models

• Finding inspiration in Edvard Munch

• Building a self portrait still life & practicing form with Nathalie du Pasquier

• Arbitrary colors like the Fauvists

• Painting an interior focused on color harmony

When: Wednesdays, 10 am - 12 noon

Dates: April 15th, April 22nd, April 29th, May 6th, May 13th, May 20th, May 27th, June 3rd, June 10th

Cost: $450 if you bring your own supplies. $520 if you use ours.
