Have you always wanted to learn how to paint? This 4-week, Thursday evening class is a fantastic way to get started!

In each class we will explore some of the fundamentals of painting that every painter must know - color, form, composition and value - so that you can either paint on your own in the future or join one of our other weekly classes. You will also learn all about using and purchasing acrylic paint and brushes.

The weekly classes include access to the studio during certain times on the weekends.

Each class will include short exercises and longer painting projects. And each class will be focused on great artists from art history or contemporary art. Not only is this a great way to learn how to paint, it is also a great way to learn more about painting so you can have great museum experiences in the future.

Thursday morning 10- 12 (but you can come early and stay a little later to work)
