In this workshop painters of all levels, total beginners to people who have painted for years, will find inspiration in the work of artists who made beautiful, simplified versions of our world.

We will do several paintings, including a painting on canvas, built around the work of artists like Milton Avery, Georgia O’Keeffe, Gabrielle Munter, Sanyu, Alex Katz, Marsden Hartley, Arthur Dove and more.

If you want to straddle the worlds of realism and abstraction, and learn how to make bold colors and shapes work together, this is the workshop for you.
